Recruitment Process

The recruitment process at Thanthai Periyar Evera Matriculation School ensures that only committed and capable educators join our team.

Step 1 – Application Review

Applications are screened based on academic qualifications, teaching experience, and subject proficiency.

Step 2 – Demonstration Class

Shortlisted candidates are invited to conduct a demo session to assess classroom management, communication, and teaching methodology.

Step 3 – Personal Interview

An interview with the Correspondent and Academic Head is conducted to evaluate attitude, passion for teaching, and compatibility with school values.

Step 4 – Appointment

Selected candidates receive an appointment letter outlining roles, responsibilities, and salary structure. Probationary review follows after the first academic term.
